We are thrilled to announce that Alyson Rodway, MPH was elected to the Board of Directors of ABH in March! Alyson brings a wealth of experience in healthcare coordination, project management, and public health advocacy, making her an invaluable addition to our leadership team. 

Currently serving as a Project Manager for Patient Access at Health Partners, Alyson is passionate about improving health outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and an equity-focused lens. With a strong background in public health initiatives, she has worked on impactful projects addressing homelessness, criminal justice, and healthcare access. Her prior roles at Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute, the Minnesota Department of Health, and the Foundation for Essential Needs have provided her with a deep understanding of systemic barriers and the importance of community-driven solutions. 

Alyson’s dedication to health equity is evident in her advocacy work, where she focuses on dismantling barriers to care for marginalized communities. She actively engages in community initiatives through her roles on the Board of Directors at Twin Cities Food Justice and the Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Housing, as well as her participation in Leadership Twin Cities and the New Leaders Council. 

Her expertise in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in advancing ABH’s mission. Alyson’s approach to leadership is rooted in fostering inclusive partnerships and implementing strategic solutions to drive meaningful change in public health.
