On Saturday, April 12th, ABH Public Health Advocacy Fellowship fellows, mentors, board members, and staff were honored to attend The Art of Medicine: Lines We Hold, Lines We Cross, an event hosted by the Center for the Art of Medicine (CFAM) at the Parkway Theater in Minneapolis.
During the event, seven storytellers shared immersive and moving narratives that captured the complex and deeply human realities of working in healthcare. Their stories—full of joy, heartbreak, compassion, and resilience—offered powerful reflections that left the audience with much to think about. Learn more about the evening’s storytellers here.
The evening was a powerful reminder of the healing power of storytelling. We are grateful to CFAM and to each storyteller for their openness and generosity in sharing their experiences.
