Code Blue Event Recap

On Saturday, health professionals from across the state gathered in Minneapolis and online for the Code Blue: Patient Earth – Weathering Uncertainty. It was a meaningful time for reflection, education, networking, and building a base of hope to continue our work at the intersection of health and climate change.

ABH Board member, Zeke McKinney, MD, presented on Climate Care in Uncertain Times: Clinical Strategies for Protecting Patient Health. Other sessions included Climate Change on the Frontlines: Perspectives from Minnesota Environmental Justice Community Leaders as well as Moving upstream: Community and Policy Solutions for Weathering and Creating Change.

Studio Thalo, a Minneapolis artist collective, created a mural in real-time based on the conference sessions and conversations.
